We’ll answer any questions you have and make sure you feel confident in your decision.
Inquire + Meet Us
You’ll officially reserve your wedding date with a customized contract and $1,000 deposit. Even if you aren’t 100% sure how much coverage you’ll need, if you want us as your photographer, you can still book us. We’ll collaborate with you to customize your wedding coverage. Once you’ve booked, then it’s time to celebrate! We love to spoil our couples with a welcome goodie bag and photography guide with our recommendations and next steps.
Reserve Your Date
Now it’s time to plan your engagement session! We help you with all the things, from vibe and mood to location, outfit guidance, and even an inspiration board. As we’re planning your engagement session, we love to hear all the details about your fave places to visit, what you love to do together, and if there is a location that is significant to the two of you.
Not only is this a great opportunity to spend a fun day together, but you’ll also come away with beautiful photos for your save-the-dates or to display at your wedding. Plus, you’ll get to know us as your photographer so we’re like old friends by the time your wedding rolls around.
Plan Your Engagement Session
As your wedding day draws closer– about 3 months out! – we’ll send you a form to collect details on location, timing, family groupings, vendors, and the look and feel of your wedding.
With this info, we’ll create your wedding photography timeline that goes over when photos are taking place while giving you plenty of space to actually enjoy your wedding. One month before your wedding, we’ll meet in person or over the phone to finalize the game plan. No matter the situation– inclement weather or anything else unexpected– we’ll go over plan A, B, and C so you won’t have to worry about a thing.
Receive Your Photography Timeline
Your big day is finally here! We arrive fully prepared, with all of our digital, film, and videography equipment ready to go. We’ll photograph everything– even the moments you didn’t know were happening at the time. All you need to do is enjoy the experience and have fun. We truly have it all in hand– you’re totally taken care of!
A cool bonus? Within a few days after your wedding, you’ll receive a preview of your photos, perfect for sharing on social media or with family.
Wedding Day
Now it’s time for us to get to work on editing your photos! We carefully edit, curate, and deliver your digital gallery within 8-10 weeks of your wedding. You’ll also receive a USB with all your photos via mail with a little surprise!
If your package includes a wedding album (or you’d love to add one even if you haven’t purchased one yet!), at this point, we’ll invite you to select your favorite photos in your gallery (believe us, it will be hard to choose because you’ll have so many!) so we can design your album around them.

Portrait Photography Experience
A: Especially for all-day coverage, we find that it is absolutely necessary for at least two photographers to capture your day. That way, you’ll have a gallery that reflects all angles and moments, making sure nothing is missed. You’ll have an abundance of phenomenal photos that convey the story of your wedding perfectly.
Q: How many photographers will be at our wedding?
A: It’s in the name– we are with you from the time you begin your hair and makeup until your grand exit and the end of the night. We feel that capturing each detail, smile, hug, and dance move is the reason we do what we do– your day should feel effortless, and your photos should reflect that, too. It’s our job to watch your day unfold uninterrupted and tell your story from beginning to end without missing a moment.
Q: What is complete wedding day coverage?
A: We will share your high-resolution images with you in a digital online gallery where you can view all your photos, like your favorites, and even share with others.
Q: How are my images delivered?
A: For every hour we photograph, you can expect 80-100 photos (we’ll wait while you get out the calculator and multiply that by hours of coverage!). About 4-5 weeks after your wedding, we’ll share your digital gallery, which you can share with family + friends!
Q: How many photos will I receive, and when will you deliver them?
A: We HIGHLY recommend an engagement session to all of our couples, which is why we’ve included it in all of our packages outside of elopements. An engagement session is the perfect opportunity to get to know us as your photographers and become comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding. Meeting us before the big day means that your photos will look and feel much more natural because we can capture that joy! We love to travel for engagements as well, so let's fine a location that is special for you!
Q: Do I have to do an engagement session?
A: Yes, we do! We’ve photographed weddings worldwide, from Key West to NYC. If you have a destination in mind for your wedding or engagement session that is outside of St. Louis, let us know when you inquire.
Q: Do you travel outside of St Louis/the Midwest?
A: Absolutely! When we share your images via your online gallery, you will also get your full print release.
Q: Will we receive a print release for our photos?
A: Before we cross the t’s and dot the i’s, we set aside time to meet over virtual coffee to chat more about your vision for the day (and ensure we’re the best fit for you). After our meeting, we’ll send over your contract and ask for a $500 deposit to hold the date.
